It is recommended that you use the most current version of Microsoft® Internet Explorer with a cipher strength of 128-bit (also known as encryption).
The most current version is MsIE 6.0 (do not use the beta version).
Open Internet Explorer.
Click on the Help menu, and then click on About Internet Explorer (as shown in the following image):
The About Internet Explorer window will appear. Make sure cipher strength is 128-bit (as shown circled in red in the following image):
Click
OK.
If the cipher strength is not 128-bit, update your MsIE browser to the most recent version http://www.microsoft.com/downloads. (currently MsIE 6.0 - do not use the beta version).
