From the MsIE Tools menu, click on Internet Options (as shown in the following image):
The Internet Options
window will appear. If not already visible, click on the General
tab. In the Temporary Internet Files
section, click 
Settings (as shown in the following image):
The Settings window will appear. From the list of options at the top, click Every visit to the page:
Click OK to accept the new settings and return to the Internet Options window. Click OK to return to your browser window.
