Start, located on the Taskbar.On the Start Menu, move the mouse to Settings, then to Control Panel, then click on Date and Time (as shown in the following image):
Your computer's time zone settings must be correct, since this is what controls the time shown on several pages throughout FLiCA (i.e. the Submit Bids page, the Bid Award Status page,...).
Click

On the Start Menu, move the mouse to Settings, then to Control Panel, then click on Date and Time (as shown in the following image):
From the Date and Time tab, verify that the data is accurate. Use the drop-down menus to change any information:
Click on the Time Zone tab.
Select your time zone from the drop-down menu (ex: Eastern Time, as shown in the following image, upper section).
Click to select Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes, if you want your computer's clock to adjust automatically when daylight saving time changes (as shown in the following image, lower section):
Click 
OK to save your
correct Date, Time and Time Zone
settings.
