Why Can't I Activate My FLiCA Account?

Check the following items to resolve the problem:

• Make sure you are correctly entering all required information into the Account Information dialog.

• Make sure you are using the correct Activation Code, given to you by your airline.

• Entering extra characters in the Account Information dialog such as < >/ \ - : ' ' { ] when not requested, can make the activation ineffective.

• Contact your airline management.

• Contact Flightline Technical Support.
