Make sure your computer meets the FLiCA System Requirements.
Make sure that you have previously Activated your FLiCA Account.
Make sure that you are using the correct User ID (Employee #), which you obtained when activating your account. The User ID is a combination of your 3-letter airline code plus your employee number.
Make sure you are typing your FLiCA Password correctly. Do not use your secret question or secret answer in place of your password.
