Why can't I submit my bids?

Problem #1:  I click on the Submit Bids button, but nothing happens.

• It is possible that your web browser isn't optimal. We suggest you use the most current version of Microsoft® Internet Explorer with a cipher strength of 128-bit (also known as encryption).

Problem #2:  I click on the Submit Bids button, but I get a caution window (as shown in the following image):

• Click Additional Bid Options.

• Any items with a red asterisk * are required by your airline to be answered (ex. Pep Squad, circled in red in the following image):
